The Twisters on Saturday September 11th are coming to play at the
Pacific Inn Hotel Rhumba Room. This talented blues band was sponsored by the
White Rock Blues Society to attend the Blues Foundation’s International Blues Challenge in Memphis Tn last February and represented the province of BC. The band was also up for 5 Maple Blues Awards in January and turned a lot of heads on awards night in Toronto with an amazing performance.

On October 17th we have Becki Sue and Her Big Rockin’ Daddies coming to the
Rhumba Room for a special Sunday show that will wrap up our first Solo, Duo
Blues Challenge to select an act to sponsor for the 2011 IBC in Memphis.
Details are still being worked out for the challenge and will be
communicated to BC Blues artists in the weeks ahead.
